Description
Responsibilities- * Handling Front office / EPBAX and visitors at reception.. * Formalities to complete for the new joiners and Personal files etc for the existing employees. * Handling Taxi bookings for the internal / external customers and ensuring the smooth functioning. * Handling administrative functions like stationery / Guest House accommodation / printing request. * Arranging meetings, preparing meeting agenda * Assisting the Overseas recruitment division in booking the Domestic & International Air travel & Hotel Accommodation . * Maintaining the spreadsheet and database on various matters * Coordinating with all company banks, CA office, handling Service Tax, TDS, Petty cash of company, Maintaing details of Vouchers of expenditure Skills- 1. Strong communication skills in English 2. Confident & with positive attitude towards work 3. Good computer skills /MSWord/Excel knowledge is a must 4. Knowledge of email etiquettes & comfortable with internet terminologies 5. Good telephonic conversation skill’s with neutral accent 6. Maintain Front office neat and ability to work under pressure 7.
