Description
1. To hire on all the internal requirements and thereby fulfilling the manpower requirements of the organization on a proactive basis on changing needs. 2. To Co-ordinate in Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of all HR, Policies and Procedure and activities. 3. To Coordinate and participate actively on OD Interventions and Employee Engagement Activities. 4. Strict maintenance of Internal Database and Employee Database 5. Coordinating on internal trainings. 6. Maintain records and participate in matters like Employee Attendance, grievance, motivation etc. 7. Will report to the HR Manager Operations on a daily basis on the progress of work. 8. Will be responsible for all the process related additions and amendments and up gradations
